Pod have inspired confidence in me and my peers, as training with pod is fun challenging and feels safe. Motivation is excellent, energy levels are high and they have total respect for individual and group values. Different learning techniques are used to support and enhance group and individual learning and the pod trainers gave me the opportunity to learn at my own pace and link everything learned back to “how could I use this at work”. The only downside of my experience with pod is that I now compare all training I attend with other companies against the pod methodology and the results they helped me to achieve.
